The Brookwood Community is currently accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician. Candidates with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are preferred. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the installation and general repair of machinery and equipment, plumbing, painting, and minor vehicle maintenance, and repair. He/she will also assist with the repair and maintenance of residential homes and other building structures such as workshops, greenhouses, and retail store facilities. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Two or more years of construction or maintenance experience is preferred.
