The Brookwood Community is currently hiring Work Program Supervisors. This position involves teaching adults with special needs to develop artistic and manual skills in our Craft and Horticulture workshops by using adaptive teaching techniques and methods of instruction. The Work Program provides meaningful opportunities that enhance our Citizen’s sense of independence and self-worth while achieving production goals. If you have a four-year degree in psychology, sociology, special education or a related field, or 2 years of experience with adults with Special Needs and possess a sincere desire to enrich the lives of others, then this may be the opportunity for you.
