The Brookwood Community is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Brookwood Community is a visionary, strategic, and compassionate leader. This individual is expected to steer the organization towards achieving its mission of serving adults with disabilities while ensuring operational excellence, financial stewardship, and strategic growth.
The CEO will foster an environment that encourages continuous improvement, Citizen-centric thinking and collaboration, embodying principles of servant leadership and faith throughout the organization. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and establishing policies and objectives for The Brookwood Community in accordance with the Citizens’ needs, the organization’s mission, business requirements, and the directives of the Board of Directors.
The CEO will direct and guide the community towards the accomplishment of these objectives, embodying the organization’s mission in every aspect of their leadership.
