The Brookwood Community is looking for a Retail Support Coordinator. The Retail Support Coordinator is primarily focused on Brookwood’s flagship store in Brookshire, but this position will also help lead startup operations and logistics for offsite Brookwood retail shops and events including bazaars. It is vitally important that we have a presence beyond Brookwood’s campus to engage more people in our mission. We “meet people where they are” largely through our satellite retail operations (temporary pop-up shops and bazaars), and through our online store. It allows us to tell our story as well as show off our beautiful Citizen-made products. These events are important in driving the paradigm shift that is changing the way the world thinks about adults with disabilities. This position represents Brookwood in the community and plays an integral role in telling others about our mission. The Retail Support Coordinator has overall responsibility to further the Brookwood Community’s Mission. This person will have a range of duties, all to support the success of Brookwood’s retail operations including the flagship store, community bazaars, the online store, and seasonal pop-up stores.
