The Brookwood Community is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the administrative activities of the Maintenance Department and the day-to-day operations of the office. This position is responsible for ensuring the maintenance office runs smoothly and efficiently including such matters as purchasing parts and equipment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, budget development, and records maintenance. This role represents the department as a member of management committees including the Stewardship and Safety Committees. A successful candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and a background in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred. An associate’s degree and three to six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. This role may perform technician and general maintenance duties as needed. This position’s schedule is Monday-Friday with weekends as required.
