The Lead Dietary Cook oversees the meal preparation for the Inn, a residential home for 34 Citizens at The Brookwood Community. This unique position allows you to utilize your culinary talents to serve our amazing population of adults with special needs. By creating and executing the nutritional weekly menus and providing supervisory oversight, your culinary creations will be integral to our vision of changing the way the world sees adults with special needs. This position includes (but is not limited to) requisitioning and purchasing of groceries, ensuring the kitchen is clean, meeting or exceeding state and local health standards, planning meals, preparing food, serving food, and training others on safe practices. This position works closely with Inn Home Managers to ensure cost containment strategies are met. The position is full time, and has access to great benefits!
