The Brookwood Community is looking for a Retail General Manager for the Sherren Smith Gift and Garden Center. The General Manager has overall responsibility to further the Brookwood Mission through our retail enterprise. This position is accountable for meeting sales objectives and staffing and oversees the operation of the store with the primary responsibility to ensure that the “whole store” presentation is suitable for attracting customers and driving sales. Most importantly, this role is entrepreneurial and creative. The incumbent will be responsible for hiring and training retail Community Members to provide legendary customer service, foster a culture that exemplifies Brookwood’s GODRICH core values, and bring in new and innovative events to drive customers to our campus. This position is Tuesday-Saturday.
