Residential Manager

As the Residential Manager of The Brookwood Community you will provide leadership and direction to the management of Brookwood’s residential homes. Responsibilities include the health and well-being of the citizens, the training and development of the staff, overseeing the budgets and the social and spiritual activities. This person will provide “on-call” support in the event of an emergency involving a facility, staff, family, or any other as deemed a need for intervention. Applicants will manage the residential home teachers and support staff of 50-55 employees in our residential program. We prefer applicants to have a four year college or university degree; three to five years related working experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
