Horticulture Manager

The Brookwood Community is currently seeking a Horticulture Manager. This person will plan, coordinate and direct activities of the Horticulture Department related to ornamental plant production; to profitably produce and make available for sale products of exceptional quality which will contribute financial support to the general operation of the Community.  Provides an environment which encourages the personal and professional development of both staff and citizen employees enabling each to significantly contribute to Brookwood’s mission.

A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university in ornamental horticulture, floriculture, or a closely allied curriculum from a four-year college or university combined with related experience in production and/or general management experience.  Must possess strong mathematical skills to analyze business data and reports.
