Facilities Coordinator

The Brookwood Community is seeking a full-time Facilities Coordinator. Candidate must have exceptional organizational and communication skills, possess the ability to prioritize under pressure, and be proficient in MS Excel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, record keeping; creating spreadsheets; researching, ordering, and managing the inventory of parts and supplies; coordinating schedules and inspections; and working in the field, which involves working in all weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.
