Director of Operations

A qualified candidate for the Director of Operations would work well in an entrepreneurial environment and would have the ability to develop sustainable practices and procedures to ensure accountability as Brookwood grows.  Responsibilities include the oversight of business practices, facilities, grounds, negotiating contracts with outside vendors, IT, inventory management, and capital projects.  The Director of Operations will be responsible for facilitating interdepartmental communications and strategically allocating resources to meet Brookwood’s short and long range operational goals.  Candidates with experience in process efficiencies and the desire to be a good financial steward, all while maintaining our GOD RICH culture is imperative.   Analyzing financial data and creating meaningful dashboards needed to support all enterprises and cost centers, developing metrics, and assisting in budget preparation are essential competencies for this position.  A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred, 7+ years of experience in operations management, is required.
