Assistant Residential Manager (Inn Home)

The Brookwood Community is hiring for an Assistant Residential Home Manager at the Inn. This position gives direct oversight, leadership, and administration to the Inn Home specifically during its hours of operation. This position directly oversees the day-to-day activities of the Inn by providing a safe, secure and caring environment for our Citizens. The incumbent is responsible for training the home’s direct care staff, ensuring quality, developing systems for success, meeting “home programming” goals, and ensuring the social and avocational needs of the Citizens are met. The Inn Home Assistant Manager regularly interacts with other residential Community Members in order to provide a true sense of community and “home” for our Citizens. This role interfaces with other departments, including medical, administration, and the activities program and interacts with other Community Members in order to provide a true sense of “home” for our residents.
