Weddings and Events Coordinator

The Brookwood Community is hiring a Weddings and Events Coordinator. This position is responsible for the sales and execution of weddings and guest events at Brookwood.  This position is a key link to our guests that book special events, large parties, and catering.  This position is responsible for  verbal and written communication with the guest, management, and chef regarding all event details. This position reports to the Cafe General Manager, while protecting and maintaining Brookwood Core Values.  They will also be actively seeking new opportunities to promote Brookwood as a premier special event venue in the greater Houston area. This position requires proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and a minimum of two years experience in wedding or event management is preferred.
