Handbells Are For Everyone

A workshop to encourage and motivate the Special Needs community to consider handbells as a viable musical enrichment/performance opportunity (specifically for people with functional disabilities and aging populations). An extensive experience in musical training or handbell/handchime ringing is not a requirement.
